After several tragic dog stories with, thankfully, a happy tail ending, Sai Cronwall decided to step forward and create something to raise awareness for the neglect and mistreatment of animals. “I truly believe that we can have an impact by educating people,” she says. “It’s important to promote respect and empathy toward animals. I design and sell fashionable handmade tees with catchy phrases printed in professional ink.” The tees are made in Miami, and boast positive, upbeat sentiments such as “More Love, More Peace, More Dogs”; “Buy Coffee Not Dogs”; “I Just Want To Go To the Beach, Drink Coconut Water & Save Dogs”; and “Be Kind To Animals”, to name a few. “I also like to use strong words such as ‘Empathy’ and funny phrases like ‘I’m a Dogaholic’,” she says. “I sell them online because I took some time off after my furry soul, Manolo, crossed the rainbow bridge. Now I’m back to keep his inspiration alive.” Plus, this canine crusader donates 10% of every t-shirt sold to animal rescuers; SaiRescue.Store.
