On Track

The inclusion of Miami onto the Formula 1 schedule was an epic moment in international racing, marking only the 11th venue in the U.S. to host a points-scoring round of the world championship. The Formula 1 Miami Grand Prix features a new state-of-the-art 3.36-mile track with 19 turns, 3 straights (the longest being just over 3/4 of a mile in length), and a trio of DRS Zones that will test drivers to the limit as they reach top speeds of 198.8 mph. Plus, there are art exhibits, pop-up shops, plenty of authentic Miami-based cuisine, and a wide variety of activations and other race-related fun to keep attendees entertained throughout the races; May 3-5;

There’s more adventure to be found at the Action & Kids Zones, and a selection of fun eats at the food court. Of course, it wouldn’t be a Miami event without great music, featuring performances by the country’s top musical acts, as well as rousing U.S. Military bands. As the sun sets, a breathtaking 3D Mapping Projection on historic Art Deco buildings will adorn the iconic structures, paying homage to our nation’s heroes, followed by a spectacular fireworks show; May 25-26;
