Virtual Pediatrics

Pediatric Virtual Care from Nicklaus Children’s provides remote consultations with individual specialists or a team of specialists via computer, tablet or app. To get started, simply download the Nicklaus Children’s Pediatric Virtual Care App on the Apple Store or the Google Play Store and create an account. Scheduling an appointment is as easy as contacting Nicklaus Children’s Customer Care Center at 1.800.811.9350 or the chosen provider’s office directly and requesting a telehealth consult. If the provider determines you qualify for a telehealth visit, the care team will help get you set up before your scheduled consult date. Most insurance carriers are currently reimbursing for telehealth visits.
