1.5 oz The Botanist Scottish Gin
.5 oz equal parts Applejack and Stirrings Authentic Grenadine Syrup and Fresh Lemon Juice
1 Egg White
Combine all ingredients in a shaker without ice. Shake until egg is well mixed. Add ice. Shake and strain into cocktail glass. Garnish with cherry.
