Want to dress it up, or dress it down: Pizza and beer with servers rocking Hawaiian shirts or caviar and champagne with a prime rib carving station and a tuxedoed staff?! If you can dream it, Ollie & Sous Crafted Events can make it happen.

The impetus for Ollie & Sous Crafted Events started “back home” in Florence where Alexander Blower and his wife Jennifer got married in 2018. “We decided to hire local, vintage Ape Piaggio truck vendors to create a charming and elegant yet playful and fair-like atmosphere for our guests who were coming from all over the world,” he says. “It was a huge success and this planted a seed in our heads.” Over the course of the following two years, Blower — along with his partners Luca Lomonaco and Paola Ortega — worked closely with local Florentine Artisans who helped them find heavily used 40-year-old trucks for the new endeavor. Today, they bring boutique catering experiences to the homes of their customers for every occasion. All of their food and beverage is designed and conceived in the kitchen of their sister restaurant, Doma Wynwood, which is owned and operated by Luca Lomonaco and Chef Marco Giugliano, who has vast experience working in Michelin-rated restaurants. The current fleet includes two authentic Ape Piaggios fitted with an AVPN-certified Neapolitan Brick Oven and a 3-tap Draft Bar serving chilled champagne, beer, spritz and everything in between. A 12 ft. long, three-section full chef station and a grand server liquor bar were custom-built by BC Woodworks in Miami; OllieAndSous.com.
