Rejoice, Brickellites! There’s a totally new and innovative beauty bar coming to town and it’s called DashBar. The inspiration behind it is something we can all relate to. “I found myself running around to different salons all over town to serve all of my beauty needs and saw an opportunity,” says Founder & CEO Carla Oliva, who has spent the past 20 years owning and operating businesses in various industries that thrived under her leadership. Now she’s on a crusade to revolutionize the beauty service sector forever, by developing a more streamlined and productive approach to the traditional beauty salon experience. “I’ve always been driven by a strong desire for self-improvement, so I spent a year studying and researching the luxury beauty service industry,” she says. “I made it my mission to create an innovative salon-spa that gives women back the one thing they can’t buy: time.”

As such, she designed her patent-pending PollyDash chair, which she believes is a game-changer for her “DashSquad” of service technicians, as it allows them to perform up to 3 services simultaneously including manicures and pedicures, blowouts, facials and lash extensions. “DashBabes” can be ready in 60 minutes or less! “Imagine just sitting back and relaxing as we work our magic and get you back to your day in under an hour — all in one chair!”

In addition to strictly adhering to city, state and national safety guidelines, DashBar is going above and beyond including consulting with Dr. Yana Delkha, MD, a practicing New York physician, and implementing a new sanitation fogging system, a UVC light in their HVAC system, and Aroma 360’s Airbiotech, which restores probiotics nightly after fogging. DashBar is also committed to providing ethical beauty practices by only using products that are vegan, non-toxic, cruelty-free and sustainable.

When she’s not working on her new business, this self-made success story inspires women from all walks of life to start their own businesses and gives back through the Selfless Love Foundation, a nonprofit dedicated to transforming the lives of current and former foster youth through awareness and strategic partnerships; TheDashBar.com.
