The names themselves are delicious: Pork Chop Mojo, Chuleta Kan Kan, Lobster Mac & Cheese and the exotic drinks Tres Palmas, Cold Fashioned, Tainted Rose and Tango In Paris. Like the restaurant’s signature items, the new menu offerings embrace the flavors, techniques and culinary nuances found in cuisines from the islands and The Americas.
