Wine & Dine

When it comes to dining in South Florida, we can all agree on one thing: The hardest part is always deciding on where to go.

The biggest mistake many of us make is going to the same places over and over again. I myself am guilty of not only frequenting the same places, but also ordering the same dishes and drinks, alone or with friends. (Plus, I’m a sucker for any menu item that starts off with the words “world-famous”…but that’s another story). This year, I’m making it a point to try at least one new place a week — whether for breakfast, lunch, happy hour or dinner. I’m open to even just stopping in for a quick appetizer or dessert from time to time. I encourage you to do the same. After all, part of the fun of going to new places is meeting new people. And, who knows, we may even run into each other during our respective gastronomic adventures around town!
