• 2 oz Farmer’s All Natural Organic Gin
• 5 oz Lime Juice
• 5 oz Soda Water
• 1 oz Simple Syrup
• 3 slices Cucumber
• 1 slice Star Fruit
In a cocktail shaker, muddle simple syrup and cucumber slices. Add gin, lime juice, soda water and ice. Shake until well chilled. Double-strain into a cocktail glass with ice cubes. Garnish with a slice of star fruit.
