The Toyota Land Cruiser has been around for more than 70 years, and over that time, it has built a well-deserved global reputation for being a reliable, go-anywhere vehicle. After a brief pause in production, it will be back in 2024, bearing a strong resemblance to the ruggedly styled FJ model that remains in very high demand. Basing it on Toyota’s supremely reliable pickup truck platform will result in an agile vehicle suitable for offroad adventures as well as tight parking garages. Powered by the brand’s hybrid iForce Max powertrain. It includes a turbocharged 326-hp, a 4-cylinder engine mated to a pair of electric motors, an 8-speed automatic transmission and 4-wheel drive, with a tow capacity of 6,000 pounds;
