Ariete has been sitting pretty at the top of every foodie’s list to visit since it opened at the beginning of this year. A seat at the bar scores you face-time with charismatic cocktail slinger Oscar Amaya who is known around town as the “Cocktail Papi” — but don’t ask him how he got the name. “Our approach to food, drinks and service is fine dining,” he shares over a slow, heavy pour. “But it’s the beautiful, laid-back nature of our dining room that makes us unique; there’s no pretention.” The food, the vibe and the beat-bumping music tracks playing in the backdrop daily are there to enliven and please every sense and wash the week’s worries away. “When the energy is right, it feels like the best party in Miami and it will keep you coming back for more.”; ArieteMiami.com.
