Scheduling an appointment is as easy as contacting Nicklaus Children’s Customer Care Center at 1.800.811.9350 or the chosen provider’s office directly and requesting a telehealth consult. If the provider determines you qualify for a telehealth visit, the care team will help get you set up before your scheduled consult date. Most insurance carriers are currently reimbursing for telehealth visits.
