The month-long campaign celebrates the rich traditions of the award-winning chef’s Mexican heritage, featuring an exclusive a la carte menu of culinary and cocktail selections to accentuate the existing menu of innovative bites, signature entrees, robust wine selections and memorable finishing touches. Specialty dishes on offer for the occasion include Black Enmoladas, Chile Ancho Relleno, Empanadas De Langosta, Filete En Salsa Negra and creamy Jericalla for dessert.
