A vibrant celebration of sea and sun, the menu at Boulud Sud emphasizes regional Mediterranean flavors and is rich with fresh vegetables, seafood, grains and herbs. The recently renovated restaurant features jewel tones and soft fabrics for a relaxing and casual atmosphere at the center of the fast-paced city that surrounds, with easy access to American Airlines Arena, PAMM and Brickell City Centre. To keep things interesting this summer, the restaurant is offering many delicious prix-fixe options. In July, they will serve a preview menu for Miami Spice, and will be officially participating in August and September. Both menus will feature 3-course meals — $39 for dinner, and $23 for lunch. Enjoy terrific tapas every Tuesday from 5 p.m.-8 p.m. at a budget-friendly $5 each, including their fun “Rosé 3 Ways” (still, sparkling or frozen). If you’re free on July 18, make sure to check out their as-good-as-it-sounds Beer Dinner; BouludSud.com/Miami.
