More than 300 civic, business and cultural leaders gathered to celebrate the official grand opening of PAMM to the public with a ribbon-cutting ceremony.

The Pérez Art Museum Miami [PAMM] hosted their premiere gala kick-off event to celebrate the museum’s arrival in style.

Hundreds gathered at Terra Veritatis, the private residence of engineering mogul Billy Dean, as co-hosts Cervera Real Estate, Eastview Development, GTIS Partners and celebrity interior designer Thom Filicia celebrated the launch of Edgewater’s newest luxury condo, Biscayne Beach, a 51-story high-rise tower that will boast Miami’s first bayfront beach club.

Marquis Residences hosted over 200 local real estate community members and Downtown Miami inhabitants for the Miami Downtown Development Authority’s annual discussion, focusing on Miami’s role as a destination for entertainment, culture and sports.
