Venegas Int’l Group held an official groundbreaking ceremony and private cocktail reception for their latest project, Château Beach Residences in Sunny Isles Beach.

Aston Martin Residences celebrated the launch of construction by having Master Of Ceremonies DJ Irie counting down to a special over-the-top VIP shovel ceremony punctuated by a marching band, confetti drop and water show courtesy of the U.S. Coast Guard.
