Aston Martin Residences celebrated the launch of construction by having Master Of Ceremonies DJ Irie counting down to a special over-the-top VIP shovel ceremony punctuated by a marching band, confetti drop and water show courtesy of the U.S. Coast Guard.

The Bond has topped-off construction at 44 stories. The 328-unit luxury tower is under development by Rilea Group and MDR Toledo.
