Amid plenty of handshakes, live performances and gourmet bites, PMG celebrated the official grand opening of one of their most coveted residential developments: Echo Aventura.

McKafka Development Group & Facchina hosted their topping off of The Crimson with a casual BBQ where guests were able to enter the project and be the first to check out the Biscayne Bay views from inside the development.

Property Markets Group and ISG World celebrated a big milestone for Echo Aventura, the 190-unit development that already has both the East & West Towers topped off and is on track to start welcoming residents in 2015.

Echo Brickell hosted “Brickell Nights” where brokers and other guests had the opportunity to see the project’s scale model while indulging in sips, bites and fun.

Vizcayne celebrated a Taste of Downtown Miami by welcoming local restaurants to bring sample dishes for partygoers to try while they toured the development’s newly modeled studio apartments.
