The 17th Annual ArtNexus party in Wynwood celebrated the opening of Atchugarry Art Center with The Ritz-Carlton Residences Sunny Isles Beach serving as the marquee sponsor. The condo project is a joint-development between Fortune Int’l Group and Chateau Group.

Guests experienced the recently completed Paraiso District at an exclusive event hosted by The Related Group showcasing the artists whose work is displayed throughout the 5-acre property.
