McKafka Development Group & Facchina hosted their topping off of The Crimson with a casual BBQ where guests were able to enter the project and be the first to check out the Biscayne Bay views from inside the development.

The Crimson hosted a brunch for brokers with live music, light bites and a presentation by the sales team that included an unveiled of an amazing incentive for brokers.

The Crimson’s groundbreaking event welcomed over 150 guests who came out to see the progress of the boutique waterfront 90-unit residential development.
