More than 4,500 people gathered to hear top industry experts speak on the state of South Florida’s real estate markets during The Real Deal’s latest Showcase & Forum.

More than 2,000 attendees came to The Real Deal Magazine Broward Forum & Showcase at DCOTA for an all-day real estate event featuring over 20 exhibitors showcasing their developments and brokerage firms.

The Real Deal Magazine held a roundtable panel hosted at Grove At Grand Bay featuring topics about South Florida’s new development cycle, latest selling points and trends shaping the market.

The International Designer Showcase presented by Vizcayne featured 5 international designers who represented the nationalities of current buyers purchasing residences at Vizcayne.
