The founders of Belly Fish, Rodrigo Bravo and Jonathan Perlman, don’t merely like food; they’re obsessed with it. A two-time Grammy award-winning musician, Bravo also has the distinction of being a Michelin-trained chef. He has since worked with some of the biggest names in the culinary world. Perlma comes with 15+ years of experience in the hospitality & events industry, leading operations, marketing & finance of multi-million-dollar projects at Zumba, Epic, and many other ventures. Together, and along with their team of highly trained sushi chefs and guest services members, they aim to ensure each experience at Belly Fish is memorable. What started as a kitchen in Aventura during COVID-19 has now expanded to multiple delivery/takeout locations in Wynwood, Aventura and Coral Gables, where they will open their first brick & mortar location.
