Sunshine In

I have an old-school calendar on my desk that marks the annual time changes, when we have to “Spring Forward” and when we have to “Fall Back.”

Last year, the “Sunshine Protection Act” was signed into law, all but ensuring that Florida will live up to its name as The Sunshine State forever. But the new law stalled in Congress last year and has been on “hold” ever since, meaning that his month we will “Spring Forward” again (possibly permanently) and the days will progressively get longer as we get closer to our epic summers. Regardless of how many hours of sunlight we have each day, we should all strive to make each day count. Because sunshine or not, our Magic City offers an adventure at every turn — and experiences that will last a lifetime.
