Although her owners adopted her as a puppy and taught her basic manners, they didn’t want her anymore once she grew up. Despite that shocking rejection, this 4-year-old Sheperd/Retriever Mix remains a sweet girl, who loves to run, play with tennis balls and go for walks. Her favorite volunteers take her out on field trips, but she gets a little scared when people swing their arms, make quick hand movements near her, or raise their hands over her head. She prefers slow introductions, and would do best in a home with adults only. Once she gets to know someone, she’s very loyal and affectionate. As for furry friends, she’s a tad selective when it comes to other dogs, and will need to meet them first. And, please, no cats!
