Global Buzz
Celebrating the essence of The Americas with each sip, Panamaricano delves into the vibrant narratives behind each spirit they create. The new speakeasy-style bar on the second floor of Mary Brickell Village showcases a “captivating theatre of mixology serving as a stage where bottles dance, spirits mingle and vibrant ingredients intertwine.” The concept highlights the diverse flavors of The Americas, with all 150+ unique spirits, liqueurs, wines and beers sourced exclusively from North, South, Central and Caribbean America. The menu is divided into signature cocktails (think taco martinis and highballs featuring wine-poached pears); and their signature Cocktail Ceremonies, including the chocolate/corn-infused Cacao Ceremony originating from Mayan and Aztec traditions, and the San Pedro Ceremony, a transformative journey akin to Ayahuasca rituals (sans the psychedelics). Upon arrival, guest enter through an unmarked door and ring a doorbell for admission. Inside, the team uses advanced mixology techniques, including sous vide, oil washing, milk clarification, force carbonation and handcrafted garnishes, to meticulously craft each cocktail; PanamericanoBar.com.
