Modern living fashion brand Diesel is moving into real estate development and has chosen The Magic City for its first location with Diesel Wynwood 28. “Miami came to us as an opportunity,” says Andrea Rosso, Director of Licensing. “We weren’t looking for anything specific, but when we heard about Wynwood, it seemed like the perfect fit. It’s up and coming. You talk about Wynwood now, not South Beach anymore. The stereotype of Miami is changing with the whole design field, Art Basel and more. Wynwood has become a place where you can express a lot at an artistic level.
