Modern living fashion brand Diesel is moving into real estate development and has chosen The Magic City for its first location with Diesel Wynwood 28. “Miami came to us as an opportunity,” says Andrea Rosso, Director of Licensing. “We weren’t looking for anything specific, but when we heard about Wynwood, it seemed like the perfect fit. It’s up and coming. You talk about Wynwood now, not South Beach anymore. The stereotype of Miami is changing with the whole design field, Art Basel and more. Wynwood has become a place where you can express a lot at an artistic level. We’ve got others waiting to partner with us in Asia, but we wanted to start here.” The units will be furnished by Diesel Living, including the furniture, flooring, lamps and home objects — even the ceramic tile in the kitchen and bath will be outfitted to give the full Diesel “experience.” “It’s very important to form the environment,” he says. “It’s a reflection of the lifestyle.” The project is expected to complete in 2021 and feature individually designed penthouses and maisonettes representing a vision of modern life; Shop.Diesel.com/En/Diesel-Living/Wynwood.

Rewriting A Love Story
On the edge of the Miami River, where sun meets memory, her spirit lingers. Elia — radiant, free, unforgettable. We chose the restaurant Elia on the River as the setting for this story, drawn to its ability to embody both the romance and the raw beauty we imagined. With its stunning waterfront views and a menu that marries coastal flavors with the richness of locally sourced ingredients, Elia on the River offers more than just a dining experience — it creates a world where every detail feels intentional, layered, and alive.
