DAY 2: As soon as you’re ready to start peace project, go to and find a donation-based yoga class in town. Bayfront Park has free yoga sessions every Mon. & Wed. starting at 6 p.m. Just make sure to bring some cash for a tip. ($10 suggested donation)
DAY 3: Become a vegetarian for a day. Miami has amazing options, like the super-fresh and delicious Green Gables Café, were you can start your day with a low-fat yogurt parfait for $5.50. For lunch, you can grab a delectable quinoa salad at Govinda’s Garden for $10.99, their sizeable portion and fresh ingredients are sure to satisfy you. As for dinner, you can stop by your local grocery store to pick up goodies for a delightful veggie wrap.
