Organic Modernity

Introducing a 5-story office building, a 3-story residential offering of 18 ultra-luxury homes and approximately 40,000 sq. ft. of thoughtfully curated retail and dining. Designed by Oppenheim Architecture, Ziggurat draws from the textures and tones of the Grove: oolite stone, warm woods, native plantings and softly tiered planes that dissolve the boundary between indoors and out. The architecture feels carved from the site, with layered terraces, shaded paseos and a natural material palette that honors the neighborhood’s character. The pedestrian passages lead to a central courtyard with an open-air garden, offering a welcoming gathering place for residents and visitors. The rooftop restaurant overlooks Biscayne Bay, providing expansive views where the Grove skyline meets the shoreline. With interiors by Collarte Interiors and landscape design by Naturalficial, the project honors Coconut Grove’s creative expression centered on nature, authenticity and effortless connection between architecture and the environment; ZigguratCoconutGrove.com.
