Q: Tell us about your journey in real estate.

A: “Since transitioning from my previous career into real estate, OneWorld Properties has reached notable milestones, selling over 5,000 units and exceeding $5 billion in residential sales. Our global presence spans buyers from 20 major U.S. cities and 60 countries, reflecting our broad market impact and successful partnerships.”

Q: What challenges have you faced as a woman in this industry?

A: “Navigating a male-dominated field, overcoming stereotypes, balancing work and personal life, building a network, and establishing authority. Persistence, confidence, and a strong support system helped me overcome these obstacles.”

Q: How are you working to change this for other women?

A: “I mentor women, create networking opportunities, promote inclusive hiring, provide training, and build supportive communities for a more inclusive industry. I offer practical advice, share my experiences, and help mentees build skills and confidence. Women’s representation in real estate has significantly improved, with more women in leadership roles and a growing focus on diversity.”

Q: What’s your vision for the future of women in real estate? 

A: “I envision a future where gender diversity in real estate is the norm, with equal opportunities for women to lead and innovate.
