Tiara 3600 Cornet Dayboat
The all-new 3600 Coronet combines the classic charm of a Downeast lobster yacht with cutting-edge technology. The result is a vessel that turns heads either alongside the dock or while underway. The teak-accented accommodations allow for comfortable overnight or longer trips, while the open layout makes it the perfect choice for an afternoon’s cruise. The well-equipped helm station affords a commanding view of the water, while the master stateroom is an inviting refuge from the daily grind. The aft stateroom provides privacy for guests or children while the optional ZF Pod Drive makes even first-time yachters look like old salts. That’s because a joystick maneuvers the boat in any direction, allowing you to dock in even the tightest spaces as simply as coming alongside and then sliding in laterally. It doesn’t get any easier than this.

Cruisers Azure 298
To truly embrace all the wonders that South Florida offers, you must have a boat that combines comfort, speed and practicality. A touch of style makes it that much better as evidenced by the Azure 298. This stylish 29’ yacht provides all the benefits of a private island without the impact of huge real estate taxes, plus the added bonus of being able to dodge pesky neighbors. Thanks to its length and airy design, there’s ample room for guests, giving it the feel of a much larger boat. Additionally, 430 hp at your disposal allows it to quickly dodge raindrops or explore new vistas. The open layout means passengers can securely move from the forward seating to the aft sunpad while underway. While this is the most compact of our roundup, it may well be the most practical, providing everything you always use while deleting those elements such as staterooms that are rarely used.

Sessa C35 Sport Coupe
In creating the new Sport Coupe, Sessa took the best of the aspects that made the previous C35 one of the yachting world’s best-selling boats over the past 15 years and folded in aspects from the firm’s C68 yacht. The new yacht is a nimble, easy-handled boat that’s well-suited for a day of cruising the ICW, yet features accommodations and style typically reserved for boats with twice the LOA that can comfortably cruise to distant ports in style. Twin Volvo D4 engines propel it to an impressive 35 knots. Either stateroom could be considered the master, as both are spacious, well-equipped and located at either end of the boat, thus affording ample privacy from the other. The two can actually be left open to create a sprawling layout joined by the central common area of the galley.

Cranchi Panama 32
Italians have long been associated with sexy styling, as seen in the works of Ferrari and Lamborghini. Proof that the Italians are also quite capable at designing boats with scads of panache is Cranchi’s Panama 32. In order to maximize usable area, this vessel is powered by twin outboards up top 300 hp. In addition to quiet, reliable operation, outboard power allows the boat to operate in waters too shallow for an inboard-powered vessel, as well as the ability to raise the lower units clear of the water to help guard against corrosion. The result of hanging the power out back is an open cockpit and larger belowdecks area. Featuring a huge sunpad located forward plus seating areas all the way aft and adjacent to the helm, the Panama 32 is ideal for entertaining, with spacious living quarters below for overnight accommodations. Style, performance and practicality; it has it all.

Sea Ray Yachts 370 Venture
There are many thousands of Sea Ray Sundance owners who feel very strongly that their boats are the best Sea Ray express cruisers on the water. Well, now there’s a new challenger for that title: The new Venture, a vessel that improves upon the boat that defines the term. Innovation is a word that’s often associated with the Sea Ray line, but it’s very appropriate in this, one of the first U.S.-built express cruisers to be powered by twin outboard engines, instead of a traditional inboard engine setup. Twin 300 hp Mercury Verados nimbly propel the Venture to cruising speeds in near-silent manner, all the while affording the reliability, ease of maintenance and extreme fuel-economy that comes with 4-stroke power. By utilizing outboard power, Sea Ray’s naval architects were able to add more usable space to the vessel. The aft stateroom makes full use of the extra space by utilizing the full beam for an expansive, open ambiance. Up on deck, the open layout is ideal for entertaining, with great sightlines for all aboard to enjoy.
