I’m the most loving dog for anyone looking for a companion. I’m a total lap
dog, and love other dogs, cats, kids — you name it!
Unfortunately, life can be a struggle for some dog owners and there are certain circumstances where a family can no longer care for their pet. This was Gypsy’s case, as much as her owner loved her, she unfortunately had dementia and was feeding Gypsy all sorts of things a dog should not eat. She was returned to Paws4You this November by her family due to the lack of attention her owner was able to provide her. She weighed 15 lbs, which for a small Chihuahua, is not healthy. She is currently on a diet to help her get back in shape. Due to her weight, she has a 5/6 heart murmur that is currently being taken care of by veterinarian Dr. Prosek.
