A vibrant gastronomic celebration of sun and sea, Downtown Miami’s Boulud Sud ushers in a new era of fine dining under Executive Chef Carlos Consuegra. Originally from Spain, he has over 17 years of culinary background in the Mediterranean cuisine of his home country, and almost a decade of experience in Miami restaurants, including The Bazaar by renowned Chef José Andrés. “We are looking forward to presenting our new menus,” says Chef Daniel Boulud. “It will feature the coastal cuisine of the Mediterranean — from the fragrant gastronomy of Provence and classic flavors of Spain, to the traditional taste of Italy and Greece, alongside spiced hints of North Africa.
