The 19th edition is built on one idea: Miami is where French businesses and culture meet. Presented by the French-American Chamber of Commerce of Florida, the series of events tilts toward the waterfront. On Nov. 5, a virtual symposium from USAFrance Financials Group covers cross-border wealth, tax and estate planning. A beach clean-up follows on Nov. 6, from 3 p.m.-5 p.m. in Miami Beach. Then Nov. 8 brings a pétanque tournament on the sand at Joia Beach, with Mediterranean refreshments and awards. On Nov. 10, Alliance Française hosts Cognac & Cocktail, a tasting journey to Les Charentes, birthplace of Cognac. Live music arrives Nov. 11, when Nino Arial takes the stage at the Miami Beach Bandshell. The finale lands Nov. 12 at Vilebrequin La Plage in Miami Beach, where the Cocktail de la Francophonie gathers business leaders, diplomats and the Francophone communities for a beachfront evening; FACCMiami.com.
