TOGETHER FOREVER
Originally from Israel, Isaac & Liat Toledano moved to South Florida in 1999 to set down roots for their family and for their business. Throughout their 28 years together, the couple has accomplished a lot, including launching BH Group while raising their 8 children, quickly growing the development firm from a family venture into a real estate powerhouse shaping South Florida’s skyline. Their work blends legacy and ambition, pairing strong family values with a bold vision for the region’s future. They currently manage 30+ active projects, with 1,100 delivered units and 10,000 more in the pipeline across Miami-Dade and Palm Beach counties. Their portfolio includes ultra-luxury developments such as Six Fisher Island, one of the nation’s most exclusive addresses; and The Crosby, a soaring 31-story tower in Downtown Miami. “Our love is based on loyalty, trust and never losing the friendship that started it all,” they say. “We’ve built a full life together as true partners through it all!”

SHARED LEGACY
Growing up in Queens, Danet Linares was a Yankee fan; Bostonian Matt Haggman rooted for the Red Sox. Despite their differences, when Matt, a journalist, introduced himself to Danet 20 years ago at a friend’s mixer, she told him she didn’t talk to reporters. “Like any good reporter, I followed up,” he quips. Today, Danet is the Executive Vice Chairman for Blanca Commercial Real Estate and sits on the board of Goodwill Industries. She previously served as President of IWF Florida and CREW Miami. She has also served on the Boards for Habitat For Humanity, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, and the DDA. Matt’s experience is equally impressive. After a decade at The Miami Herald, he led Knight Foundation’s grantmaking in Miami, playing a pivotal role in catalyzing the city’s tech community, including funding the launch of Endeavor, The Idea Center at Miami Dade College, and eMerge Americas. Despite their busy calendar, they welcome a little down time whenever their schedules allow. “The best times are when we are doing nothing at all,” they say. “We love when it’s just the 4 of us — the two of us, and our dogs Charlotte and Winston!”

UNITED FORCES
Throughout their more than a quarter century together, Erbi Blanco True & Alex True have had too many adventures to count throughout the U.S. and around the world. “Our most romantic experience is the everyday journey of sharing our lives together,” they say. “We’ve navigated the ups and downs of life with unwavering caring, understanding and a positive attitude.” Serving the community is a cornerstone of their life. Erbi, who is the Community Relations Director for Banesco USA, is passionate about giving her time, talent and treasure wherever she is needed, including serving on the Boards for Casa Familia, the Greater Miami Chamber of Commerce, the Miami-Dade Economic Advocacy Trust, the Women United Executive Committee for United Way Miami, and the Women’s Leadership Council of Habitat For Humanity. Alex, a retired Captain for American Airlines and graduate of the Air Force Academy, donates regularly to the Air Force Academy Foundation and has served on the South Florida Air Force Academy Alumni Board. “It’s important to love and respect each other, be loyal and patient, but also to have a good sense of humor, have fun and enjoy life,” they say. “We adore each other’s quirks!”
