Construction began in October 2022, and the project advances toward its full height of 1,049 feet, destined to be Miami’s first supertall and the tallest residential building south of New York City. Designed by Sieger Suarez Architects with legendary designer Carlos Ott, the tower’s avant garde, stacked glass silhouette is already reshaping the skyline. Sleek façades wrap the ascending form, previewing the refinement within: 205 exquisitely appointed hotel guestrooms, signature dining venues, the elegant Peacock Lounge, and grand event spaces on the lower levels. Above, 387 private residences offer sky-high ceilings, unobstructed views of Biscayne Bay and the Downtown Miami skyline, state-of-the-art smart home technology, and the Waldorf Astoria’s renowned concierge service. Backed by a record breaking $668 million construction loan — the largest ever for a Florida condominium — the project stands as a bold statement of vision and confidence. Completion is set for 2028, redefining the art of luxury living in South Florida; WaldorfResidencesMiami.com.
