One of the most powerful tools to achieve greatness is knowledge. No one person has all the answers. No one can do it all. Skills are as varied as our opinions. That is why it’s so important to listen and respect everyone’s perspective equally — from the billionaire CEO to the new intern — because we all have a unique experience to share and advice to offer others along this winding and weaving journey we call life. One of my mentors once told me that you are only as good as your last conversation. It made me realize there is always a next. A next idea, a next introduction, a next collaboration, a next step, a next great conversation. Once we master the art of learning from our past, living in the now, dreaming of tomorrow and turning our ideas into action, we’ve gotten one step closer to figuring it all out. And that’s the best ROI any of us could ever hope for. J
