Vanessa Grout, President of CMC Real Estate, has seen the business from a lot of different angles. “I entered the world of real estate as an attorney and since then have managed multiple components of the industry — from affordable housing construction to luxury residential marketing and brokerage,” she says. “The CMC Group team has mostly been together since the beginning, when Ugo Colombo helped kick off Miami’s condo boom in the early ‘90s with the iconic Bristol Tower and Santa Maria developments along Brickell. I began working for the company in 2013 so I’m still the newcomer, yet everyone has made me feel very welcome.” At over 60% sold and under construction, Brickell Flatiron is expected to be one of Colombo’s most impressive condo towers once completed; BrickellFlatiron.com.
