Switchboard Of Miami has opened a face-to-face Counseling Center in order to provide affordable therapy to individuals, couples and families who are seeking a safe and non-judgmental atmosphere to discuss their innermost thoughts and feelings while trying to find resolutions to their problems. Although it just recently launched a few months ago, it has already helped countless people work through a variety of issues — for just $25 a session. “The nature, frequency and duration of therapeutic services are determined on a case-by-case basis,” explains Sr. Manager of Clinical Services Tyisha DeRoneth. “The goal of therapy is ultimately to assist clients in maintaining or increasing their level of autonomy.”; Switchboard Of Miami; 305.358.1640, ext. 1128; SwitchboardMiami.org.
