Head Turners

Is there anything better than having someone stop you on the street to say, “Girl, that bag is on point!” The following trends contain some real showstoppers. Go ahead, give yourself an excuse to dust off some old faves hibernating in the closet.

1990 Redux
Carrie Bradshaw was the big sister everyone wanted in the ‘90s and now the Sex And The City character’s “it” style is back in a big way. The Dior Saddle and Fendi Baguette are two prime examples with new ones redefining that gaudy, slightly impractical yet fun decade with accents such as ‘70s inspired patchwork for  an added retro-chic elan.

In Circles
You may think you have enough purses already (the horror!), but have you ever rocked a circular bag? This is the year to snap one — or two, or three — up from the absolutely fabulous Spring selection that has everything from ‘60s joie de vivre to strappy bowler purses with a punk-rock edge and the flirty Balmain Denim Disco Cross Body Bag.

Go Green
Think green and you think envy — as in making your friends horribly jealous that they didn’t get your bag first. Before you say green isn’t your color, know that the Spring selection covers just about everything from Prada’s iconic lime green clutch to Fendi’s ‘80s-era chartreuse Peekabo Defender Bag and just about every delightful shade in between.
