Inspired by world-renowned artist Jeff Koon’s multi-million dollar Seated Ballerina that will reside in Oceana Bal Harbour’s beachside garden, the new residents-only restaurant Ballerina at Oceana Bal Harbour, designed by world-famous designer Piero Lissoni and Starr Catering, is one of the few residential restaurants in Miami to have a liquor license. The menu will be composed of seasonally-inspired contemporary cuisine infused with Mediterranean influences and will be open 7 days a week for breakfast, lunch and dinner, acting as a gourmet extension of the kitchens of its residents. “Our roots are founded in creating and operating world-class restaurants and catering services for marquee institutions, including Carnegie Hall, The Philadelphia Museum Of Art and PAMM’s Verde Restaurant,” says Simon Powles, Co-Founder of the Starr Catering Group and current CEO. “We have a unique experience in the residential market after successfully operating a similar program at one of Manhattan’s most exclusive luxury condominiums for the past 3 years.”; OceanaBalHarbour.com.
