Hailing from Caracas, Juliette Ghamra grew up within the jewelry industry. In 2012, she decided to open her workshop and start creating unreal pieces in silver and gold metal, inspired by trends and materials from around the globe. From the sands of Egypt that evoked her debut, to the mid-century architecture from her hometown that serves as the muse for her latest collection, there has been inspiration at every turn. Her first 7 collections were lead by extravagant shapes and oversized pieces; and her latest line, aptly entitled Contempo, is more on the minimalistic side, featuring smaller, simpler pieces that can be combined to mix and match or be used as separates. In this new collection, she moves beyond the metals that are the trademark of her brand, but this time around she also incorporates precious stones to elevate the caché factor. Impeccable finishes and ingenious design makes every piece of her collection a unique piece of art. Available at Style Keeper in Coral Gables; JulietteGhamra.com.
