Residents and guests of Oceana Bal Harbour will be receiving quite a gift this holiday season when Art Basel rolls into town. Development titan and art aficionado Eduardo Costantini, in partnership with world-famous sculptor Jeff Koons and a host of other contemporary artists, will reveal Oceana Bal Harbour’s exclusive art collection, as well as offering select guests their first look at the newly-completed building. This avant-garde arrangement of high-priced pieces includes two sculptures by Koons, as well as additional works by such famous artists as Taryn Simon, An Te Liu and Jorge Mendez Blake. Koons’ two pieces, Ballerina and Pluto & Proserpina, are the centerpieces of the showcase, having just completed a tour covering such famous museums as the Guggenheim and New York City’s Whitney Museum Of American Art.
